Cancellation policy & form
Information about the cancellation policy and form.
The customer may cancel the trip at any time before the start of the journey. To avoid misunderstandings, we recommend that the cancellation be made in writing. The decisive factor for the time of cancellation is the receipt by the tour operator.
If the customer withdraws from the travel contract or does not commence the trip, the tour operator may claim compensation for the travel arrangements made and for his own expenses. The tour operator may calculate this compensation as a percentage of the travel price depending on the proximity of the cancellation to the agreed start date of the trip as follows:
-
up to 90 days before the start of the trip: 0% of the travel price (the customer receives a full refund)
-
from 89 to 30 days before the start of the trip: 50% of the travel price (the customer receives a 50% refund)
-
from 29 days before the start of the trip: 100% of the travel price (the customer receives no refund)
Refund of the participation fee is also excluded if the customer does not attend the event without cancellation.
Until the start of the trip, the traveler may request that a third party assumes the rights and obligations under the travel contract instead of them. The tour operator may object to the participation of the third party if their participation violates legal provisions or official orders.
Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the travel price.
For refunds to foreign countries, the customer may bear any transfer fees incurred.
