By booking a trip, the customer enters into a binding travel contract with the organizer. The booking is made via the electronic form sent to you after our telephone conversation. By booking, the customer declares that he and his fellow travelers accept the General Terms and Conditions of the organizer. The contract becomes valid once it has been accepted by the organizer in the form of a written travel confirmation.

The subject of the travel contract is the currently valid travel description on the organizer’s website with the respective prices and services, taking into account the special character of the trip, as well as the written travel confirmation.

Due to weather conditions, delays/malfunctions caused by participants, or unforeseen adverse effects, changes or deviations of individual travel services from the agreed content of the contract are permitted if they become necessary after the conclusion of the contract and are not caused by the organizer in bad faith, provided that they are not substantial and do not affect the overall nature of the trip. The organizer will inform the customer immediately about significant changes. Price changes are only valid if confirmed in writing by both parties.

A deposit of 30% of the travel price must be paid within 14 days of concluding the contract and will be offset against the total amount. The balance must be paid no later than two months before the start of the trip. For bookings made within 2 months prior to departure, the full amount is due immediately and at the latest before the start of the trip. In case of late or incomplete payment, the customer loses the right to participate and the organizer may terminate the contract. Any amount already paid will be refunded.

The customer may cancel the trip at any time before its commencement. A written declaration is recommended. The receipt of the declaration by the organizer is decisive. In case of withdrawal or no-show, the organizer may demand compensation calculated as a percentage of the price:
– up to 90 days before: 0% (100% refund)
– 89 to 30 days before: 50% (50% refund)
– from 29 days before: 100% (no refund)
No refund of the participation fee will be made in the event of a no-show without prior notice. Until the start of the trip, the customer may nominate a third party as a substitute participant, unless their participation conflicts with laws or regulations. No cancellation insurance is included. For refunds abroad, the bank fees are borne by the customer.

In the event of early departure, no-show, or delays by the traveler, no refund is provided. The traveler bears full responsibility for continuing or returning from the trip.

The organizer may terminate the contract:
a) without notice if the traveler seriously disrupts the trip or behaves in such a way that immediate termination is justified.
b) if the tour leader cancels/interrupts the trip due to risks or official orders. In case of cancellation, the full fee is refunded; in case of interruption, partially.
c) up to 20 days before departure, if the minimum number of 5 vehicles is not reached.
d) in the event of serious illness of a customer, participant, or tour leader.

In cases of force majeure that make the trip impossible, the contract may be terminated by either party. The organizer may demand compensation for services already provided. The organizer is obliged to arrange the return journey, with costs shared among participants.

Drivers must hold a valid EU driving license and present it upon request.

The organizer is responsible for:
a) careful preparation,
b) proper selection of service providers,
c) accuracy of service descriptions,
d) delivery of the agreed services.
The organizer is not liable for accidents caused by drivers or third parties.

The organizer is not obliged to check the suitability or insurance coverage of participants. Drivers and passengers are fully liable for any damage they cause. In case of cancellation/interruption due to weather, illness, or official orders, no compensation is payable. The participation fee will be refunded (in full or in part).

The organizer is liable in accordance with statutory provisions.

Travelers are required to have sufficient insurance (vehicle, health, accident, repatriation) and a valid driving license. The organizer accepts no liability. Travelers are responsible for compliance with passport, visa, customs, health, and other regulations. Non-compliance is at their own expense. Technical failures of vehicles may delay/alter the trip without giving rise to compensation.

Claims for defective services must be made within 1 month of the end of the trip. After this period, only if the delay was not the customer’s fault. Limitation period is 1 year from the scheduled end of the trip. For tort claims, 3 years.

Information is subject to required approvals and permits. We accept no liability for typographical or numerical errors. No guarantee is given for the accuracy of legal information of foreign countries. Participants agree to the publication of photos/videos of the event on the organizer’s website, provided personal rights are not infringed.

The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the contract or the General Terms and Conditions as a whole. Any amendments must be in writing.

The traveler may take legal action against the organizer only at the organizer’s registered office. For lawsuits brought by the organizer, the place of residence of the traveler is decisive, unless the traveler is a merchant, has moved their residence abroad, or their residence is unknown at the time of filing; in such cases, the organizer’s registered office applies.
